Location is great as it has shopping and restaurants in the area. Access to Ubers and Taxis. The staff are vert friendly and accessible. Please note the hotel does NOT have air conditioning. The bed mattresses were extremely hard, floor like hard. Also note there is a cathedral across the street and the bells sound frequently. The hotel did provide ear plugs.

La verdad el lugar está increíblemente bonito el hotel, todo muy bien y funcional, incluyendo el wifi, la limpieza, la atención del staff, el estacionamiento considerando lo complicado que es en la región encontrarlo, lo cercano a todo y lo tranquilo, fue una estancia muy agradable, solo considerar para personas con alguna limitación el subir escaleras pero el confort del lugar lo compensa, gracias por todo y claramente volveremos en la primer oportunidad.

Very attentive, helful, and nice staff. From the valet parking, recepcionist, and the cleaning ladies. All of them deserved two thumbs up. Very nice and spacious room with 2 bathrooms, each with bathtube and each with massage water jets. Everything was excellent, including the price. The only suggestion would be for the TVs to have platforms, e.g., netflix for us visitors to sign in and out. Thank you 😀 😊 my wife and I we will go back definitely.
